Taught by Tai Chi grandmaster Carrie Ogawa-Wong, this video is designed for those who have difficulty standing, are physically challenged, or those using a wheelchair. This video will help in the relief of the physical effects of stress and promote deep breathing. Wong has been a practitioner of the arts for nearly 50 years. She was one of the top competitors in the nation and is an accomplished author and Tai Chi expert for nearly 30 years. Carrie was inducted into the Martial Arts History Museum's Hall of Fame in 2005.
