Biography: Leo Fong
Inducted into the Martial Arts History Museum's Hall of Fame, Leo Fong became perhaps one of the earliest traditional Kung Fu instructors in America. A practitioner of Choy Li Fut Kung Fu and a former boxing champion, Leo Fong created paths when there were none to follow. A close, personal friend of Bruce Lee, Leo encouraged Bruce to add to his arsenal and develop Jeet Kune Do concept. Leo was the first to incorporate physical fitness training into the martial arts. He lived until his mid 90's still teaching martial arts seminars.
