Graciela Casillas is considered one of the greatest pioneers in martial arts history. Through her perseverance and raw determination, she played an instrumental role in ushering women’s kickboxing into the Western world. She was the first Female Kickboxing World Champion. She was also the Female Boxing World Champion at the same time. He was undefeated throughout her entire kickboxing career. Casillas also became the arts’ biggest advocate by bringing worldwide attention through television shows, appearances, instructional videos, tours, and classes. She created a new path when there was none to follow. She was inducted into the Martial Arts History Museum's Hall of Fame in 2005.
